




**Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 and scheduled Saturdays** The Junior Customer Success Analyst will be responsible for providing assistance and guidance to students from the moment of enrollment until the completion of courses, ensuring they are well informed, prepared, and supported throughout their academic journey. This role is essential for delivering UniCPO's values and promoting student retention and renewals, conducting constant research, analyzing data, and creating service strategies to drive new purchases and/or referrals of our products. Ensure students have the best experience and achieve success with our product throughout their journey.
