Teamwork with a focus on safety and quality **Description:** We are hiring a Production Assistant to work in the Transmission Assembly sector, participating in the equipment disassembly/preparation process and technical budgeting. **Responsibilities:** * Disassemble/prepare motors following the company's technical procedures; * Identify and sort reusable, damaged, or out-of-specification parts; * Perform measurements using metrology instruments for technical diagnosis; * Prepare technical budgets based on analyses conducted during disassembly; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area; * Comply with safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in production is a plus; * Ability to follow instructions and work in a team; * Commitment to deadlines and production targets; * Knowledge of **Metrology**; * Completion of a course in **Electromechanics** or related fields is desirable.
