Opportunity for growth **Job Mission** Provide consultative and technical customer service, including generating Service Orders (SO), performing diagnostics, and executing preventive and corrective motorcycle maintenance, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** Provide customer service, identifying needs and offering appropriate solutions. Generate, monitor, and close Service Orders in the system. Perform technical diagnostics and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. Meet deadlines and quality standards established by the dealership and manufacturer. Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and workplace environment. Support after-sales activities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Stay updated on new technologies, products, and brand procedures. **Job Requirements** Completed high school education (technical training in motorcycle mechanics or related fields is preferred). Prior experience in motorcycle maintenance. Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and electronic fuel injection systems.
