Apply now and accelerate your career with us! **Responsibilities and duties** **Responsibilities** * Mapping, analyzing, and optimizing **production flows**, focusing on **cycle time efficiency** and **cost reduction**. * Updating and maintaining **technical documentation** such as **FMEA**, **flowcharts**, **work instruction sheets**, and **QA matrix**. * Supporting the **implementation of new product models** and **process controls** for the assembly line. * Assisting in **performance indicator management**, **data preparation for analysis**, and **dashboard creation (Power BI)**. * Participating in **TIE activities** (**kaizen**, **5S**, **continuous improvement**) and **operational training** for production teams. * Supporting the **Ergonomics Committee**, the **5S Program**, and actions to meet **IATF 16949 requirements**. * Participating in **digital transformation initiatives**, engaging with tools and concepts related to **artificial intelligence applied to manufacturing**. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we look for** Pursuing a degree in **Production Engineering**, **Mechanical Engineering**, **Control and Automation Engineering**, or related fields. Intermediate **Excel** skills. Good communication, proactivity, and interest in **shop floor activities**. Knowledge in **Power BI**.
