What we seek in you * Solid experience as a **Senior QA Analyst** in complex digital projects. * Ability to analyze business needs and functional requirements, translating them into **test strategies** (plans, scenarios, and test cases). * Technical leadership of the quality function, defining processes, metrics, and ensuring best practices. * In-depth knowledge of **test automation** (Web, APIs, Mobile) and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Appium). * Ability to work within agile squads, actively collaborating with POs, Developers, and Designers to ensure quality from inception (shift-left testing). * Strong communication, negotiation skills, and focus on ensuring end-to-end product quality.
