




A company in the jewelry, accessories, and cosmetics industry, **located near Luz Metro Station—São Paulo.** **Main responsibilities:** * Monitor order picking. * Communicate delivery addresses to the shipping department. * Manage and maintain control via spreadsheets. * Provide customer service via phone calls, website, chat, email, social media, WhatsApp, and Telegram. * Maintain an overall understanding of the Tray platform and marketplaces. * Register products—including cosmetics, jewelry, accessories, stationery, bottles, and all other items stored in the warehouse for sale—as well as promotions and new product launches, to inform customers and stimulate new sales. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in the field; * Customer service experience is a plus; * Must have easy access to downtown São Paulo.
