Requirements: **Required Education:** Bachelor's degree in Dance, Physical Education, Arts, or related fields; either a bachelor's or teaching degree. **Desirable Education:** Advanced courses in specific dance modalities (e.g., classical ballet, urban dances, contemporary dance, ballroom dance, samba de gafieira, jazz dance, etc.). Technical or professional training in Dance (recognized by an educational institution or certified short course with verified hours). **Experience:** Experience as a dance instructor in schools, gyms, cultural centers, or social projects; Experience working with age-diverse groups (children, youth, adults) will be an advantage; Experience in creating and directing choreographies for performances or shows is desirable. **Technical Skills:** Strong technical and practical knowledge in at least one of the dance modalities offered in the position; Ability to design and lead dynamic, safe, and level-appropriate classes; Knowledge of stretching, warm-up, musicality, and body expression; Ability to create choreographies and prepare students for performances and events; Basic understanding of anatomy and injury prevention in dance. **Behavioral Skills:** Good communication and teaching skills; Creativity and proactivity; Commitment to schedules and calendar; Teamwork ability; Flexibility and empathy when interacting with students of different profiles; Discipline and organization.
