We are looking for a talent to assume the role of *Production Leader.* **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this position, you will work at the CSA Equatorial\- Macapá/AP unit.** Review some of the challenges you’ll face daily: * Supervise activities related to Water Treatment Plant (WTP) operations, monitor service quality, review analytical results, and supervise other staff; * Monitor equipment used at WTPs and record data in check-list spreadsheets and analytical control logs; report any issues occurring during WTP operations to your direct supervisor; * Assess operational problems and implement solutions and improvements in water treatment operations, as well as develop control spreadsheets and operational procedures; * Verify chemical inventory levels to ensure continuous supply for operational needs; * Guide operators on work procedures to ensure all activities comply with internal standards and current legislation, and supervise staff adherence to applicable safety regulations; * Review and follow up on check\-list reports identifying maintenance requirements and post-maintenance inspection reports for operational equipment; * Perform administrative functions and present performance results to supervisors; * Supervise activities carried out by water distribution maintenance teams, monitor service quality, evaluate team performance outcomes, and supervise activities of other teams; * Supervise chemical deliveries and consumption to control inventory levels. **Requirements and Qualifications** For this opportunity, we expect the following from you: * *Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress: Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields;* * *Intermediate Excel proficiency;* * *Experience leading teams;* * *Sanitation experience preferred;* * *Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B);* * *Commitment to results;* * *Owner’s mindset;* * *Customer orientation.* **Additional Information** Why apply: Joining Grupo Equatorial means becoming part of an expanding company whose culture emphasizes continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
