Develop and monitor team schedules, goals, and time-banking records. Assist in recruitment, training, and integration of teams, including safety training. Contribute to defining work shifts, allocation of external teams, and technical service criteria. Monitor time-banking records, work shifts, and compensatory time. Perform administrative and financial recordkeeping and controls (payments, reimbursements, purchases, and expense reports). Participate in training sessions, lectures, and institutional/community visits for activity assessment and planning. Ensure organization and cleanliness of workspaces.
