We are looking for a talent to assume the role of Senior Administrative Analyst*.* **Let’s transform collaboration into results—together?** **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this position, you will work at the CEA unit in Macapá/AP**, and be responsible for calculating fleet performance indicators; managing fleet operational costs (leasing, taxes, maintenance, fuel, damages, telematics); controlling vehicle document validity; and managing fleet-related contracts (rental, fuel supply, maintenance, cleaning, and dispatch services). Here are some of the challenges you’ll face daily: * Manage fleet costs (Opex and Capex); * Monitor validity of fleet legal documents (CRLV, inspection reports, tachograph records); * Process payments for issuing fleet-related documents; * Calculate fleet indicators (availability, idle time, preventive maintenance, R$/km, liters/km, maintenance savings, and service-level agreement compliance); * Manage fleet contracts; * Record and monitor contract measurements in SAP for service provider payments. **Requirements and Qualifications** For this opportunity, we expect the following from you: * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Valid Category B driver’s license; * Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel (including pivot tables, charts, and complex formulas); * Knowledge of report automation using formulas, scripts, or system integrations; * Familiarity with management systems (ERP) and extracting data to feed dashboards; * Organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of data used in dashboards; * Analytical ability to interpret operational data and translate information into clear, objective visual insights; **Additional Information** **Why apply:** Joining the Equatorial Group means becoming part of an expanding company with a culture that values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
