Driver’s License Class B (MANDATORY); Mechanics education; Technical high school education in automotive mechanics or related fields. Specific professional qualification courses relevant to the area of operation. Solid experience in the field is desirable; Perform general vehicle maintenance services at the dealership’s workshop; Read service orders, analyze customer complaints regarding vehicles, conduct thorough vehicle inspections, and communicate required services and parts to the technical consultant for quotation preparation; Carry out replacement of parts as necessary, always informing the inventory controller about additional part requirements, replacing only the parts that are truly needed; Install accessories and components, strictly adhering to factory-established guidelines.
