




* Handle support tickets (on-site or remote); * Perform diagnostics and resolve hardware, software, and network issues; * Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications; * Create and manage user accounts (emails, access rights, passwords, etc.); * Monitor and log incidents in ticketing systems (help desk / service desk); * Guide users on the proper use of IT systems and resources; * Escalate more complex issues to higher levels of support (mid-level or senior analyst); * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
