SELECTIVE PROCESS NOTICE NO. 49/2025 ANNEX I \- Description of Requirements and Responsibilities Notice No. 49/2025 **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support for the management and execution activities of Projects and Programs of the Agency; * Prepare studies, technical notes, and documents aimed at monitoring and evaluating Projects and Programs; * Support the development of work plans, schedules, and implementation tools for Projects and Programs; * Monitor and oversee contracts, partnerships, and services related to Projects and Programs; * Monitor performance indicators, deadlines, and results of Projects; * Operate and update internal project management systems, including document routing, activity monitoring, and institutional communication; * Contribute to organizing workflows related to project execution and improving work processes; and * Perform other related activities concerning project execution. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Support the implementation of institutional planning by proposing innovative methodologies and developing effective tools for monitoring the strategic map and annual management plan; * Organize and systematize strategic and managerial information, monitor results and indicators, and prepare reports and decision-supporting documents; * Facilitate integration among departments, ensuring alignment with the Agency's planning and strategic drivers; * Support the implementation and monitoring of good practices and project management processes. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in any field of study; * Experience in public health or monitoring the implementation of institutional public policies. **Desirable Requirements:** * Completed postgraduate degree in Public Management, Strategic Management, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Process Management, Public Health or Collective Health; * Experience in project and administrative process management, preferably within public or private sector administration; * Knowledge of project management, monitoring, and productivity tools (e.g.: MS Project, Trello, Power BI, Google Workspace or equivalent); * Ability to coordinate with different levels of government and institutional partners; * Collaborative work capability, organization, initiative, and effective communication skills. * Systemic vision, analytical ability, proactivity, good communication, and prior experience with planning, monitoring, and strategic management in the public sector. **Advantage:** * Professional experience in management within Public Health/Collective Health; * Native language predominant among the ethnic groups within the scope of the position.
