We are looking for a Fiscal Assistant responsible for supporting fiscal and tax routines at the dealership, ensuring accurate tax calculations and compliance with accessory obligations in accordance with current legislation. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Entering and verifying incoming and outgoing invoices in the system, ensuring correct application of taxes; * Supporting tax calculations, including ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, and other taxes applicable to the sector; * Preparing and submitting accessory obligations, such as SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, and others; * Managing and organizing fiscal documents, archiving and digitizing them as needed; * Assisting during internal and external audits by providing requested data and documents; * Providing technical and operational support for daily internal user requests; * Updating fiscal information in the system, in coordination with the IT or accounting departments when necessary; #### **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; * Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills; * Basic knowledge of fiscal and tax legislation; * Prior experience with the Dealernet system is desirable. #### **Benefits:** Health insurance; Dental insurance; Meal allowance; Life insurance; Total Pass.
