We are looking for a **Physiotherapist** to join the **Dr. Alberto Lima Clinical Hospital (HCAL)**, specifically in the **Surgical Clinic 1 (CC1\), Surgical Clinic 2 (CC2\), and Orthopedic Clinic** departments. We seek a professional committed to promoting patients' functional recovery, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety, delivering humanized, collaborative, and protocol-aligned services in accordance with institutional guidelines and clinical best practices. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct physiotherapeutic assessments and develop therapeutic plans tailored to patients' needs. * Deliver physiotherapeutic interventions aimed at prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of respiratory and musculoskeletal dysfunctions. * Monitor patients' clinical and functional progress, documenting interventions and outcomes in medical records. * Collaborate closely with medical and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and integrated care. * Provide guidance to patients and their families regarding physiotherapeutic interventions, when necessary. * Maintain organization of materials, equipment, and resources used during clinical care. * Adhere to institutional protocols and patient safety practices. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy. * Active registration with CREFITO. **Desired Profile:** * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Teamwork orientation. * Proactivity. * Sense of responsibility and commitment. * Commitment to patient safety and quality of care. **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance (optional). * Meal Allowance (R$ 300.00\). * Life Insurance (at no cost). **Join our team!** Saúde Link values unity, care, and excellence in its processes.
