The role involves resolving technical issues, clarifying doubts, and ensuring a courteous and calm experience for those being assisted. This position is ideal for individuals with affinity for technology, who remain calm when facing problems and possess a strong teamwork spirit. Serve customers either on-site or remotely. Perform basic diagnostics and resolve technical issues. Record support interactions and maintain clear communication with the team. Maintain a courteous, professional, and patient demeanor throughout all customer interactions. * Personal motorcycle required (company assists with maintenance and insurance). Valid driver’s license. Familiarity with technology and quick learning ability. Strong communication skills and composure when handling support situations. Willingness to travel as needed.
