




Job Summary: Level 1 and 2 technical support focused on maintenance, networking, SQL, and Active Directory, seeking a proactive candidate eager to learn in the IT field. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for growth and learning in the IT field Responsibilities: * Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support to users, resolving issues via tickets and phone calls. * Perform maintenance on computers and IT equipment. * Execute database queries (SQL). * Install and update antivirus software, applying security policies. * Verify and restore backups when necessary. * Create and manage users in Active Directory (AD). * Control permissions on shared folders and files. * Support the creation and maintenance of GPOs (Group Policies). * Provide Wi\-Fi network support. Requirements: * Basic knowledge of computing and networking. * Familiarity with SQL and Active Directory. * Ability to interact effectively with people and resolve problems. * Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., GLPI). * Courses or certifications in support or networking. * Technical or higher education in fields such as Computer Networks or Information Systems.
