




Activities: \- User support through various channels, including ticketing tools and telephone. \- Prioritization and tracking of tickets, ensuring adherence to deadlines. \- On-site user support. \- Remote support when necessary. \- Configuration and maintenance of Microsoft or similar devices and tools. \- Formatting and configuration of desktops/laptops for new users. \- Configuration and maintenance of printers, including printer driver support. \- Software and antivirus updates. \- Backup support and management. \- Email account configuration. \- Troubleshooting and data network support. \- Machine cleaning and optimization to ensure optimal performance.
