If you are organized, enjoy teamwork, pay close attention to detail, and act ethically and responsibly, this opportunity may be ideal for you! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop hydrosanitary installation projects (cold water, hot water, sanitary sewage, and rainwater), covering preliminary studies, conceptual design, legal design, and executive design phases, using CAD and BIM models. * Interpret technical guidelines, sketches, preliminary studies, architectural designs, and designs from other disciplines, transforming such information into coordinated technical solutions. * Prepare plans, sections, construction details, isometric diagrams, and three-dimensional models of hydrosanitary systems, complying with technical standards, design criteria, and best practices. * Develop and consolidate the layout of hydrosanitary systems, ensuring functionality, technical feasibility, and regulatory compliance. * Perform BIM modeling of hydrosanitary systems, adhering to internal standards, parameters, families, levels of detail, and model information consistency. * Extract views, drawings, and technical information from the BIM environment to support project development and documentation. * Participate in coordinating hydrosanitary projects with other disciplines (architecture, structural, electrical, fire protection, etc.), supporting interference identification and proposing adjustments under technical guidance. * Organize, control, and manage file, model, and drawing versions, ensuring graphical standardization, traceability of revisions, and information consistency throughout project development. * Support technical verification of projects by checking symbols, legends, scales, annotations, layout criteria, slopes, pipe diameters, and other technical parameters. * Assist in quantity take-offs, organize technical information for budgeting, and prepare technical documentation for internal reviews, clients, and legal approval processes, as required. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical qualification in Building Construction or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, completed or in progress. * Basic knowledge of building hydrosanitary projects. * Knowledge of technical drawing and reading of construction drawings. * Proficiency in CAD drafting tools. * Knowledge of project coordination. * Familiarity with hydrosanitary technical standards. * Proficiency in software such as Revit and QiBuilder. * Residence in Belo Horizonte or its metropolitan region for on-site work.
