Governance and Process * Design, maintain, and evolve IBP governance, including cadence, forums, RACI, and decision-making processes * Ensure adherence to the global IBP playbook (end-to-end, strategic horizon, scenario-based) * Ensure integration among S&OP, S&OE, and Demand Planning 2. Cross-Functional Integration * Connect Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Strategy * Mediate conflicts regarding priorities, constraints, and trade-offs across functions * Ensure alignment between operational plans and financial commitments (NR, NOPBT & CashFlow) 3. Planning and Scenarios * Lead the development and validation of integrated scenarios (risks & opportunities) * Assess financial, operational, and risk impacts of each scenario * Support decisions related to launches, investments, promotions, capacity, inventory, and service levels 4. Performance and KPIs * Define and monitor key IBP KPIs (forecast accuracy & bias) * Monitor alignment between plan and execution * Identify structural deviations and propose corrective actions 5. Executive Support * Prepare clear, objective, and decision-oriented executive materials * Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership * Ensure decisions are documented, communicated, and cascaded 6.
