Governance and Process * Design, maintain, and evolve IBP governance, including cadence, forums, RACI, and decision-making processes * Ensure adherence to the global IBP playbook (end-to-end, strategic horizon, scenario-based) * Ensure integration among S&OP, S&OE, and Demand Planning 2. Cross-Functional Integration * Connect Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Strategy * Mediate conflicts regarding priorities, constraints, and trade-offs across functions * Ensure alignment between operational plans and financial commitments (NR, NOPBT & CashFlow) 3.
