We are looking for a talent to fill the position of Senior Performance Analyst. **Let’s transform collaboration into results—together?** **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this role, you will work at the CSA Equatorial unit in Macapá/AP.** * Monitor operational indicators (e.g., losses, consumables usage, treatment efficiency, water/effluent quality) and propose action plans to improve performance; * Prepare technical reports, expert opinions, and managerial presentations; * Support management of service provider and supplier contracts; * Investigate and resolve operational incidents, quality deviations, and non-conformities; * Interface with maintenance, engineering, quality, environmental, and other departments; * Work in accordance with technical standards for safety, quality, productivity, hygiene, and environmental preservation; * Develop, monitor, and control the operational (OPEX) and investment (CAPEX) budgets for the production area; * Monitor and control inventory, supporting inventory accuracy and forecasting material inflow and consumption; * Track and manage company assets, ensuring traceability, proper utilization, and capitalization of resources; * Monitor and track goals and KPIs, supporting analysis, recordkeeping, and information organization for decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** For this opportunity, we expect the following from you: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Experience in sanitation is desirable. **Additional Information** **Why apply:** By joining Grupo Equatorial, you become part of an expanding company with a culture that values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
