We are not just coworkers; we are also friends and part of the **Bio Team**. **What We Stand For** -------------------- Our mission is to **improve the lives of organic family farmers in the Amazon**, while simultaneously supplying **ethical and healthier ingredients** (such as açaí, acerola, guaraná, among others) to food, nutraceutical, beverage, and cosmetic industries worldwide. **Location:** Santana (AP) ### **Responsibilities** * Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, processes, and finished products * Complete non-conformance reports and follow up on corrective action plans * Collect samples for laboratory analyses (physicochemical, microbiological, etc.) * Assist in drafting and reviewing procedures (SOPs, GMPs, HACCP, etc.) * Support internal and external audits (MAPA, ANVISA, certification bodies) * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and hygiene standards * Update quality records in spreadsheets or systems (ERP, QMS) * Monitor quality indicators (deviations, returns, complaints, etc.) * Support staff training on standards and procedures * Participate in root cause analysis and use quality tools (5W2H, Ishikawa, etc.) * Verify conformity of incoming raw materials (physical appearance, odor, color, texture, packaging) * Check supplier documentation (certificates of analysis, technical data sheets, origin and traceability seals) * Record inspection results in spreadsheets and/or ERP systems * Release or reject materials according to company criteria or applicable legislation ### **Equipment and Materials Used** * Measurement and inspection instruments * Computerized quality management systems (ERP/QMS) ### **PPE Provided** * PVC boots ### **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school (Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Food Science, Chemistry, or related fields preferred) * **Experience:** Prior experience in industrial quality control, laboratories, or agro-industries * **Knowledge:** + Standards and practices: GMPs, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, or equivalents + Computer skills: Basic Excel and quality management systems + Ability to read and interpret test reports and technical specifications ### **Skills and Competencies** * Initiative and agility * Responsibility and commitment * Organization and time management * Teamwork and good communication * Personal hygiene maintenance * Compliance with standards and regulations * Proper use of safety equipment Location: Santana (AP) **Responsibilities** Maintain workplace cleanliness Ensure orderly arrangement, upholding hygiene and facility maintenance standards Assist in plant and garden upkeep Perform kitchen and pantry services Assist with loading and unloading of items when required Maintain facilities and report identified issues Sort materials for disposal or recycling Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks Support planning and control of basic activities Clean equipment, floors, stairs, windows, and sanitary facilities Request replenishment of missing cleaning supplies Perform cleaning in outdoor areas Clean drinking fountains, countertops, televisions, windows, and other necessary areas Record sanitized areas per company protocols **Equipment and Materials Used** Broom Mop General cleaning supplies **PPE Provided** Leather boots Ergonomic belt **Requirements** Education: Completed elementary school Experience: Prior experience in general services or related fields preferred Skills and Competencies Initiative and agility Responsibility and commitment Work time management Interpersonal skills Personal hygiene maintenance Teamwork Proper use of safety equipment Compliance with rules and regulations
