Monitor doneness level and cooking time of food items. Assemble sandwiches according to the restaurant's standards. Organize ingredients used in order preparation. Keep the griddle, utensils, and work area clean and organized. Check ingredient quality and expiration dates. Assist in inventory control of meats and supplies. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Previous experience as a Cook, Kitchen Assistant, Line Cook, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
