We are looking for a talent to fill the position of Junior Risk Analyst*.* **Let’s transform collaboration into results—together?** **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this role, you will work at CEA Equatorial \- Amapá***,* and be responsible for identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and monitoring key threats to business areas, managing them to ensure alignment with the organization’s risk appetite and consistency with the Company’s objectives. You will serve as one of the lines of defense and structure internal controls to ensure adherence to management directives aimed at mitigating risks to objective achievement. Check out some of the challenges you’ll face daily: * Align common risk language (dictionary) and identify/document key risks (strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory) jointly with senior management and managers. * Design and periodically update the risk and control matrix, documenting assessments of key risks and operational controls for critical processes. * Design risk indicators (internal and external) for business processes. * Study laws, resolutions, and documents related to new regulations impacting the business. * Propose the desired future state of the activity (including segregation of duties) and develop action plans targeting risk mitigation ("TO BE"). * Monitor execution of action plans to address control gaps. * Review non-conformance reports (internal/external audit, regulation, compliance, etc.) and register recommendations from such reports in the control database/system. * Conduct periodic adherence tests of established controls within company processes. * Delegate to user departments the review of critical system access rights (e.g., Finance, Commercial, Technical, among others), validating exceptions and timely corrections. **Requirements and Qualifications** For this opportunity, we expect the following from you: * Completed undergraduate degree in exact or humanities fields. * Experience reviewing operational standards and norms. * Knowledge of Management and Quality tools. * Familiarity with the COSO framework for Internal Controls and Risk Management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * English proficiency for interacting with technical documentation. * Strong analytical, focused, critical, and strategic thinking skills. * Concise and objective writing ability. **Additional Information** **Why apply:** By joining Grupo Equatorial, you become part of a growing company with a culture that values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
