We are seeking a talent to work as a Junior Risk Analyst*.* **Shall we together turn collaboration into results?** **Responsibilities and duties** **In this role, you will work within the CEA Equatorial - Amapá***,* unit and will be responsible for identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and monitoring key threats to business areas, managing them to remain aligned with the organization's risk appetite and in line with achieving company objectives. Act as one of the lines of defense and structure internal controls to ensure compliance with management guidelines aimed at mitigating risks to objective achievement. Check out some of the challenges that will be part of your daily routine: * Align a common risk language (dictionary) and identify/document key risks (strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory) identified with senior management and leaders. * Design and periodically update the risk and control matrix, documenting assessments of key risks and operational controls within core processes. * Design risk indicators (internal and external) for business processes. * Study laws, resolutions, and documents related to new rules impacting the business. * Propose the desired future state for the activity (including segregation of duties) and develop action plans aimed at risk mitigation ("TO BE"). * Monitor the execution of action plans to address control gaps. * Review reports of non-conformities (internal/external audits, regulation, compliance, etc.) and register recommendations from these reports in the control database/system. * Perform periodic tests to verify adherence to established controls within company processes. * Delegate to user departments the review of critical access rights to corporate systems (e.g., Finance, Sales, Technical, among others), validating any exceptions and ensuring timely corrections. **Requirements and qualifications** For this opportunity, we expect the following from you: * Completed undergraduate degree in exact or human sciences fields. * Experience in reviewing standards and operational procedures; * Knowledge of Management and Quality tools; * Familiarity with the COSO framework for Internal Controls and Risk Management; * Proficiency in Office software; * English proficiency for interaction with technical documents. * Strong analytical, focused, critical, and strategic thinking. * Concise and objective writing skills. **Additional information** **Why apply:** By joining Grupo Equatorial, you become part of a growing company with a culture that values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
