Job Summary: The Logistics Assistant is responsible for verifying and organizing orders, providing customers with delivery time estimates, and coordinating logistics activities, acting as the liaison with transportation companies. Serving as the liaison with transportation companies **What We Expect From You:** * Completed high school education. * Higher education currently in progress (preferred). * Experience working with external partners (suppliers and customers). * Knowledge of integrated systems. * SAP experience is a plus. * Advanced Excel skills. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A Day in the Life of a Logistics Assistant:** * Daily verification of orders generated by the sales department; analysis of data consistency required in orders (addresses, phone numbers, delivery dates, references, availability, etc.); chronological organization of orders; and release\-of orders for billing. * Conducts telephone customer service to inform customers about delivery timelines. * Reports any issues involving the order-picking team, operations, or products to the Logistics Supervisor. * Assists the Logistics Supervisor in ensuring smooth warehouse addressing operations (set\-up, rotating inventories, etc.). * Performs daily handling of canceled RSS orders. * Records merchandise discrepancies identified during goods picking. * Maintains good relationships and serves as the liaison with third-party transportation companies. * Collaborates with the Customer Service team to proactively prevent potential issues with goods. * Reports any incidents or problems related to goods to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager. * Serves as the primary contact for the Goods Pickup Counter. * Is responsible for their work equipment. * Adheres to safety regulations.
