Here, every person contributes to building this legacy. **Job Mission** Support the execution of civil construction activities, ensuring site organization, operational support to the team, and compliance with safety standards on the construction site. **Main Responsibilities** ✔ Support masons and the team in performing general civil construction services ✔ Assist in excavations, minor assemblies, material preparation, and operational tasks ✔ Transport, handle, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on the construction site ✔ Perform continuous cleaning and organization of the work environment ✔ Maintain areas prepared for activity execution ✔ Carry out simple tasks as directed by the technical team ✔ Support basic logistics at work fronts ✔ Follow operational procedures and occupational safety regulations ✔ Correctly use mandatory PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE) **Requirements** * Completed elementary education * Availability to work on-site * Availability for travel and relocation, when required * Willingness to perform operational tasks and physical effort * Commitment to safety regulations **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience as a construction laborer or on construction sites * Experience in civil construction or operational activities * Experience organizing construction sites **Expected Behavioral Profile** * Willingness and eagerness to learn * Organization and responsibility * Proactivity in supporting the team * Teamwork * Discipline and attention to safety regulations
