Support the preparation of trial balances and submission of ancillary obligations We are looking for an **Accounting Assistant** to join our team in a **collaborative environment focused on continuous development and improvement**. We seek someone who already possesses knowledge and prior experience in the accounting field—whether through internships or previous employment—and is willing to actively contribute to departmental routines. **Main Responsibilities – Accounting Assistant** Record accounting entries in the system, ensuring correct classification; Assist with account reconciliations and reconciliations; Organize, file, and verify fiscal and accounting documents related to company transactions; Support the preparation of trial balances, balance sheets, and monthly income statements (DRE); Assist in submitting ancillary obligations (SPED, ECF, EFD, among others) under supervision; Provide support in servicing different tax regimes (Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real). Requirements: To stand out in this opportunity, you must have: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (currently pursuing or completed); Prior experience in the accounting field, preferably in an accounting firm; Knowledge of accounting and fiscal routines; Familiarity with accounting management systems (ERP); Intermediate Excel skills and interest in using Artificial Intelligence tools applied to accounting; Organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines; Strong communication skills and ease working in teams within a collaborative and continuously learning environment.
