As a Production Coordinator, **your responsibilities will include:** Managing the inflow and outflow of raw materials; Managing raw material extraction flow at the mine site and inventory control; Managing calcination production flow with production targets; Managing factory production flow, quality control, and target accountability; Setting priorities; Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance; Controlling asset inventory and stock levels; Training, PPE usage, and occupational safety; Managing leave schedules and hour banks. Working Hours: **Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 4:48 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break).** Employment Type: **CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws contract).** Requirements * Experience in the field; * Completed high school education; * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering ***is a plus;*** * Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills; * Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems promptly; * Proficiency in management tools such as Excel and production control systems.
