**About the Company** **A consulting firm specialized in People Management, operating in recruitment and selection, human development, and organizational strategies, supporting companies across various sectors in enhancing their results.** **Job Responsibilities** **Support recruitment and selection processes, with a focus on resume screening;** **Conduct initial candidate outreach and respond to messages via WhatsApp;** **Provide feedback to candidates throughout the selection process, as instructed;** **Assist in organizing documents and digital files;** **Participate in internal meetings and interviews, supporting scheduling and organization;** **Support the HR department’s administrative routines.** **Requirements** **Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.** **Intermediate Excel proficiency** **Preferred (not mandatory)** **Prior experience with Human Resources routines.** **Work Location** **Remote work.** **Working Hours** **Monday to Friday, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break.** **Benefits** **Stipend: R$ 700.00;** **Allowance: R$ 50.00\.** **Employment Type** **Internship.** Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Payment: R$700.00 per month Benefits: * Remote work Selection Question(s): * Which undergraduate program are you currently enrolled in?
