Job Summary: Coordinate operational routines for receiving, storing, preparing, and delivering vehicles, supervise logistics processes, and ensure compliance with SLAs. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with operational SLAs **Requirements:** \- Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. **Competencies and Skills:** \- Logistics and operational processes; Performance indicators (KPIs); Inventory and stock control; Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. Behavioral Competencies: Leadership; Organization and planning; Clear and concise communication; Analytical mindset and results orientation; Ability to handle high-volume workloads. **Responsibilities:** \- Coordinate operational routines involving receiving, storing, preparing, and delivering new vehicles; Supervise internal logistics processes among yard, workshop, sales, and technical delivery; Ensure adherence to operational SLAs (vehicle delivery timelines, preparation, billing, and services); Monitor service order flow jointly with the workshop.
