Job Summary: We are seeking an External Commercial Executive for prospecting, customer retention, and contract negotiation, with a focus on expanding the client portfolio and achieving high retention rates; prior experience in payment solutions is preferred. Key Highlights: 1. Customer prospecting and retention opportunities. 2. Sales negotiation and closing with a focus on satisfaction. 3. Work in financial services (Acquiring). Commercial Executive – External (Natal and Region) **Main Responsibilities:** *Prospecting and Retention:* * Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio. * Maintain close, strategic relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention. *Negotiation and Closing:* * Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure sales closure with a focus on customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Prior sales experience, preferably in payment solutions or fintech. * Hunter profile (proactive in acquiring new clients) with strong negotiation skills. * Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse client profiles. * Basic knowledge of financial or accounting management is a plus. * Must own a personal vehicle. **Benefits:** * Recurring commission: as long as the client remains active. * Unimed Health Plan. * Transportation Allowance / Fuel Allowance. * Meal Allowance. * Life Insurance. * GymPass. **Working Hours: Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (to be agreed upon)** Department * Financial services activities (Acquiring) Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 – R$10.500,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Childcare allowance * Company mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you own a personal vehicle?
