Portfolio and performance management **Job Summary:** Manage the purchasing department of Acioly Distribuidora, lead the purchasing team, plan procurement activities, negotiate with suppliers, and monitor portfolio performance to ensure adequate supply, optimal commercial terms, and balance among inventory levels, turnover, and margin, aligned with the Commercial Department's strategy. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management, Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in purchasing, supply chain, or supplier negotiation; * Experience managing teams, preferably purchasing or administrative/commercial teams; * Experience in commercial negotiation with manufacturers or distributors; * Experience in inventory analysis, turnover, coverage, and procurement planning; * Familiarity with distribution, retail, or consumer goods operations; * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. **Soft Skills** * Leadership and team development capability. * Strong negotiation and influence skills. * Analytical and data-driven mindset. * Organization and planning ability. * Clear communication with internal departments and external partners. * Results-oriented and operationally efficient. **Hard Skills** * Knowledge of purchasing processes, negotiation, and supplier management. * Ability to analyze inventory metrics (turnover, coverage, stockouts). * Experience in procurement and supply planning. * Ability to analyze margin, profitability, and product performance. * Excel proficiency for data analysis and control. * Ability to structure and monitor purchasing team routines.
