




**Position: User System Support** **Work Mode:** On-site **Job Description:** Provide system support to users, clarifying doubts and supplying information to ensure continuous system operation. **Job Responsibilities:** * Provide comprehensive support to ERP users through simultaneous assistance across multiple communication channels. * Record and track incident tickets, ensuring resolution. * Monitor and follow up on daily incidents and operations, ensuring compliance with support procedures. * Conduct user training sessions, clarify doubts, and ensure teams understand system functionalities. * Contribute to the creation and updating of the knowledge base, including manuals, procedures, and FAQs for both internal use and customers. * Develop a deep understanding of system usability and collect customer feedback for continuous improvement. * Understand and comply with LGPD policies regarding data handling. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Desired Qualifications:** * Technical or higher education degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields; * Knowledge of programming logic.
