Learn more about this opportunity. **Requirements to Apply:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Completed specialization (preferred); * Experience in mentoring, classroom instruction, or tutoring. **Your Daily Responsibilities as an Educator:** * Directly support academic training by accompanying and mentoring students across all levels of healthcare: primary, secondary, and tertiary. * Supervise and accompany students during practical activities and internships; * Guide the execution of nursing procedures based on protocols and scientific evidence; * Stimulate clinical reasoning and decision-making; * Evaluate students' performance, ethical conduct, and professional development; * Act as a liaison between the educational institution and healthcare services; * Ensure compliance with technical standards and biosafety regulations. **Desirable Knowledge for This Position:** * Expertise in the field of practice. **Work Model for This Position:** This position requires on-site work. Schedule: Monday to Friday — 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
