Dynamic work focused on skewer and side dish preparation. **KITCHEN ASSISTANT \- BAR** **Job Description:** Responsible for preparing food, plating, organizing dishes, washing dishes and cookware, cleaning the kitchen, preparing vinaigrette and portioning food, grilling skewers, and other related tasks. **Requirements:** Completed High School education. Knowledge of food preparation. Experience as a Kitchen Assistant. Experience preparing skewers, barbecues, and side dishes is a plus. Availability to work from 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM (Monday to Saturday).
