Responsibilities and Duties * Supervise the programming technicians team under your responsibility, ensuring that activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with current standards, providing relevant instructions for the process; * Provide up-to-date information regarding service portfolios upon request; * Collect information on the programming team's processes and supply it for indicator tracking; Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Electrical Engineering, with professional registration at the respective Class Council * Knowledge of PCP (Production Planning and Control) and PCM (Maintenance Planning and Control); * Knowledge of PERT/CPM, Gantt charts, and network diagrams; Computer skills using Microsoft Office suite and MsPower BI; * Advanced knowledge of Excel and Project; * Competencies and technical knowledge related to the equipment category of the Operational Planning Group. * ERP SAP (PM module preferred) 2512040202181726725
