**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Description: Serve customers in person; Serve customers by phone; Prospect clients using the CRM tool; Prospect new clients externally through PAP (Door-to-Door) actions at strategic locations; Register local clients in the CRM tool to build a client portfolio; Register new proposals in the system; Monitor proposals during the evaluation process and communicate results back to the client (positive or negative); Monitor client portfolios for future prospecting/sales; Work together with the supervisor to track sales origin; Assist management in planning store activities. COMPENSATION: BRL 2,100.00 + uncapped commission/earnings limit, with highly attractive variable pay potential.
