




JOB SUMMARY Coordinate the work of employees related to the Shipping Department. Coordinate department activities according to customer requirements. Monitor all delivery vehicles. Develop delivery routes (within and outside the metropolitan region). Plan appropriate vehicle allocation. Track non-conformance incidents. Instruct company drivers, contracted drivers, and occasional drivers regarding punctuality and delivery scheduling. Issue Transport Service Bills (CTE), Cargo Manifests, Pickup Orders, Driver Contracts, etc. Verify issued CTEs prior to releasing vehicles for trips/deliveries. Record CTEs in the system. Release waybills in the system. Provide the warehouse with copies of Fiscal Invoices and Labels for vehicle unloading. Schedule and release vehicles for pickups and reverse logistics (customer product returns). Daily tracking of vehicle locations and work progress (pickups/deliveries) to plan the Shipping Department’s actions. Maintain all department documentation properly organized, filed in individual folders by subject, with alphabetical or chronological control where applicable. Comply with specific procedures and work instructions for the COMPANY’s PGR. Maintain loading records in accordance with proper completion and organization for future internal, customer, or certification body audits of the COMPANY’s SGI. Report to Management any irregularities detected in the Freight Rate Table or Quotations during CTE issuance or as stated in Pickup Orders. Ensure organization, cleanliness, proper filing, and preservation of documents and the workplace. Perform other duties relevant to the department’s daily operations. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Completed High School SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION: Concentrated attention, ability to calculate freight costs, organizational skills, initiative, proactivity, sense of priority, strong communication, appropriate interpersonal skills for the work department, leadership, and discipline.
