Join us and become part of this team! **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform maintenance and repair services according to work orders; * Carry out services according to the workshop supervisor's schedule/planning; * Retrieve vehicles from the designated yard; * Ensure missing protective covers are installed before starting work; * Present additional service requirements to the workshop supervisor; * Inform the Technical Consultant of the start of all tasks performed and confirm completion upon finishing; * Perform other services, and if additional services are needed, inform the Technical Consultant to estimate costs and contact the customer; * Accurately complete the maintenance checklist; * Request parts orders with the knowledge and approval of the Workshop Supervisor; * Comply with warranty guidelines; * Request warranty parts only with authorization from the Workshop Supervisor or Warranty Coordinator; * Clean replaced used parts and deliver them to the Warranty Coordinator; * Clean tools after use and return them to the tool room; * Notify responsible personnel in cases of halted services; * Use all protective equipment while working; * Perform preventive and corrective actions to ensure the proper functioning of the Quality Management System and workplace safety; * Participate in training and updates to improve knowledge about products and services; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace; * Follow the company's institutional rules and regulations. **Requirements and qualifications** High school diploma and technical automotive mechanics course; Mechanic with minimum 12 months of experience; Category A driver's license; Basic computer skills. **Additional information** * Transportation voucher * Breakfast * Flexible meal/food allowance * Food assistance * Pharmacy assistance * University partnership * Gympass * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Collective performance bonuses * Opportunities for growth within the company Grupo Raion is an automotive market company committed to economic growth and sustainable development, present in the cities of Rio de Janeiro, Nova Iguaçu, Caxias, Niterói, and Petrópolis.
