Job Summary: A professional responsible for installing, configuring, and repairing telecommunications services, ensuring service quality and providing on-site technical support to customers. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in telecommunications or no experience accepted 2. Knowledge of fiber-optic (FTTH) and coaxial networks 3. On-site technical support to customers during installation or repair **️ Responsibilities** * Install and configure telecommunications services; * Diagnose and repair technical faults in communication systems and equipment; * Perform operational tests to ensure service quality; * Follow work orders and complete technical reports; * Comply with safety regulations and technical procedures; * Provide on-site technical support to customers during installation or repair. **✅ Requirements** * Prior experience in the telecommunications field; * Knowledge of **fiber-optic (FTTH)** and **coaxial** networks; * Proficiency in using measurement and diagnostic tools; * **Driver's License Category B**; * Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude; * Availability for rotating shifts and/or weekends. * We also accept candidates with no prior experience Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Preferred Education: High School (Secondary Education) Driver's License Requirement: B Willingness to Travel
