We are seeking professionals to conduct store inspections in partnership with us (ad-hoc assignments). Key responsibilities for this role include: * Efficiently, accurately, and reliably conducting store inspections/audits, assessing store characteristics and conditions of preservation/functionality; * Identifying and observing materials, finishes, furniture, and other property items; * Recording collected information as detailed text accompanied by photographs for generating the inspection report using a tablet application; Prerequisites: * Completed high school education (technical training in Building Construction preferred); * Basic computer literacy; * CNPJ or MEI registration for issuing invoices as a legal entity (Pessoa Jurídica); * Android-based smartphone or tablet; * Residence near Macaé, Rio das Ostras, or surrounding areas.
