Support budgetary control and cost reduction initiatives **Job Description:** Support the company’s indirect procurement activities, ensuring the acquisition of non-production materials and services while meeting internal requirements with quality, appropriate timelines, and cost control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and negotiations for indirect procurement (office supplies, PPE, MRO, services, maintenance, cleaning, third-party services, etc.) * Issue purchase orders and monitor approval workflows * Track delivery deadlines and service execution timelines * Verify invoices, contracts, and purchase orders * Register, evaluate, and update supplier information * Manage internal requests for indirect procurement * Support budgetary control and cost reduction efforts * Organize and maintain departmental files and documents * Provide support to internal departments regarding indirect procurement needs **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s or technical degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is desirable) * Experience or knowledge in indirect procurement * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems **Desired Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Proactivity * Analytical ability * Teamwork Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Company mobile phone * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Commuter allowance (Vale-Transporte) Work Location: On-site Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.456,58 – R$3.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
