· Monitor, guide, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on repeaters, mobile radios, and signal level quality tests; · Open and manage service orders; analyze the feasibility of meeting customer requirements; direct handling to the commercial team; · Address scheduling requests for technical visits made by the commercial team; · Guide and conduct remote tests to validate data link installations, repeaters, mobile radios, and fixed stations; · Ensure that deployments or maintenance activities are carried out according to quality standards; · Daily consultation of service orders in SISLOC, AUVO, SERVICE NOW; monitor and execute services; request materials to meet requirements; open OMS; guide assistants in executing and maintaining respective activities; close service orders; · Use ERP applications and software on computers or mobile devices, correctly entering information into the Service Order and collecting the customer’s signature; · Plan, schedule, and control maintenance activities; · Receive and return equipment used for installation, maintenance, or demobilization activities to inventory; · Provide customer service by delivering necessary information related to the activity. · Travel on business to other municipalities and states, using the company vehicle or other ground or air transportation; · Submit travel expense reports; · Deliver field-use equipment (laptop, mobile phone, and wattmeter) and verify upon return after task completion, recording in the protocol; · Ensure contract equipment updates in the MOTOTURBO spreadsheet; · Manage CODPLUG folder information; · Conduct technical visits whenever necessary; Job Type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$2\.768,72 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
