You will be responsible for delivering high-quality connectivity to customers by performing telecommunications network installations, configurations, and maintenance, with a focus on **FTTH** technology. Requirements: * Proven experience installing telecommunications equipment; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Residence in Macaé-RJ; * Knowledge of structured cabling, optical fiber, and basic router configuration; * Proficiency with specialized tools (connectorization tools, OTDR, fiber strippers, etc.). * Knowledge of structured cabling, optical fiber, and basic router configuration; Responsibilities: * Execute optical and metallic network installations for residential and corporate customers. * Perform repairs and testing on network points, routers, connectors, and other equipment. * Conduct optical and network signal measurements (using OTDR, multimeter, etc.). * Ensure proper optical fiber laying and splicing in compliance with technical standards. * Interpret installation blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. * Record and report activities in the internal system (service orders, checklists, reports). * Maintain responsibility for assigned equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Competencies We Value: * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Resilience in handling critical situations; * Commitment; * Respect, attentiveness, and agility; * Professionalism, clarity, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
