**Job Responsibilities:** * Emergency response for fault diagnosis and solution proposal in water supply, sewage, pressurization, fire suppression, swimming pool, and other building hydraulic systems. * Execution of services and maintenance on building hydraulic systems, control panels, soft starters, frequency inverters, including fault diagnosis and installation of pumps in booster, pressurization, fire suppression, and other building systems. * Connection of single-phase and three-phase motors; replacement of circuit breakers, relays, contactors, sensors, and other electrical components. * Maintenance of PVC, PPR, CPVC, and galvanized iron piping. * Installation and removal of pumps. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Hydraulics, or related fields. * Prior experience in maintenance of hydraulic and/or electromechanical systems. * Behavioral competencies: good time management, agility, attention to detail, commitment, organization, and ability to work in a team. * Strong communication skills with clients and team members. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Valid driver’s license (Category A or B) — required for travel to external service calls; possibility of using personal vehicle. * NR-10 and NR-35 certifications. * Experience servicing condominiums.
