This professional will play a key role in ensuring efficiency in commercial processes and providing strategic support to the team. Main Responsibilities * Support the sales team in customer service. * Prepare commercial proposals and quotations. * Update and maintain the company's CRM. * Monitor orders, contracts, and deadlines. * Generate sales reports and performance indicators. * Conduct customer follow\-up. * Provide post\-sales support.
