**Location: Macaé/RJ** **Employment type: CLT** **Work hours: Business hours and shifts** Responsibilities: * Support in cargo programming and scheduling; * Monitor drivers, pickups, and deliveries; * Track routes, deadlines, and transportation incidents; * Communicate with clients and carriers; * Issue transport documents (CT\-e, MDF\-e, and CTE); * Enter data into internal systems and spreadsheets; * Assist in organizing departmental documents and reports. Requirements: * Completed high school (preferably technical or higher education in Logistics); * Experience in transportation/logistics is a plus; * Good communication and organizational skills; * Basic knowledge of Excel and transportation systems; * Ability to work in a team and solve problems.
