Job Mission: Operate drilling equipment in accordance with instructions from the well program and in compliance with company procedures and policies. Specific duties as barrier guardian per HSE case. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Safely, harmlessly, cleanly, and orderly operate all equipment at the driller’s control panel on the drilling deck and adjacent areas. * Accurately interpret wellbore stability conditions during drilling operations. * Perform drilling-related operations, such as directional drilling, riser services and BOP operations, casing cementing, coring, fishing, well testing, and other special operations. * Supervise and guide operations during the removal or setting of drilling-related equipment and drill pipes. * Maintain accurate records of tool and drill pipe dimensions (internal and external diameters, length, fishing tool diameters, serial numbers). * Ensure continuous monitoring of solids control equipment and mud mixing operations. * Inform the Drilling Supervisor and the client representative of any deviations from planned operations. * Maintain accurate records of fluid displacement when drill pipes are being pulled from the well. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirements:** * Completed high school education * Well Control certification with workover (IADC) at driller level * Valid CBSP course certificate **You stand out if you have:** * Experience on offshore drilling units **Additional Information** **Offshore Work Schedule \- 14 days on / 14 days off** **We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:** * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Group Life Insurance * Daycare Allowance * Meal/Voucher Food Allowance * Private Pension Plan * Christmas Bonus * Birthday Allowance * Back-to-School Allowance * Newborn Allowance * Gympass Have you ever considered building your career at a *Great Place to Work*-certified company operating in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the country? **Constellation** is the leader in ultra-deepwater drilling in Brazil and, for over 45 years, has continuously committed itself to advancing the petroleum industry.
