Job Mission Responsible for assembling, disassembling, and testing equipment, tools, test peripherals, and subassemblies in accordance with procedures, drawings, internal work instructions, contractual deadlines, and field requirements, contributing to achieving production targets for TechnipFMC’s Subsea Services unit. Job Description Assemble, disassemble, and test components of equipment, tools, test peripherals, and subassemblies according to the Damage Report (R.A.), Maintenance Procedure (PFM) released by MMR Engineering, execution schedule released by Planning, procedures, DBI, and TechnipFMC drawings, identifying and placing them in designated locations categorized accordingly (scrap, reassembly, and factory service); Accompany the commission composed of representatives from Quality Control, Engineering, Planning and Projects, and Services after disassembly and testing of equipment, tools, test peripherals, and subassemblies, aiming to update the initial Damage Report (R.A.) prior to its subsequent presentation and validation with the client; Perform electrical and hydrostatic tests on equipment according to the Maintenance Procedure (PFM), schedule, procedures, DBI, and TechnipFMC drawings to ensure functionality; Segregate damaged or unserviceable items by identifying and appropriately allocating them into boxes for continuation of the return process to the client; Segregate items for reassembly and factory service by identifying and appropriately allocating them into boxes or pallets for continuation of the maintenance process; Report problems encountered during assembly, disassembly, and testing processes, initiating Quality Notifications (QN/SN) in SAP and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) support chain; Verify components sourced from stores, factory service, and reassembly items against drawings, DBI, and R.A., as well as peripherals made available for maintenance, to ensure all required items are available for the assembly process; Assemble components of equipment, tools, test peripherals, and subassemblies according to the Damage Report (R.A.), Maintenance Procedure (PFM) released by MMR Engineering, execution schedule released by Planning, procedures, DBI, and TechnipFMC drawings, using appropriate tools, instruments, and lubricants to ensure equipment release without quality deviations; Ensure documentation for disassembly, assembly, and testing is correctly completed and attached to the Quality Databook; Ensure proper opening and closing of productive and non-productive activities in MES (Manufacturing Execution System), recording steps performed during assembly, disassembly, and testing processes so that information is available to the department responsible for controlling services delivered to clients; Participate in daily maintenance follow-up meetings, updating scheduled steps on the production board implemented under the Lean process; You match this role if you have: Technical education in: mechanical engineering, automation, electrotechnics, instrumentation, electronics, mechatronics, or industrial automation. Valid CFT. Desirable experience in reading and interpreting hydraulic schematics and technical drawings applied to subsea systems. Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting operational, technical, and safety procedures.
